Upstairs has 2 other bedrooms*. One with a double bed, the other with 2 single beds.
NOTE* Entrance into bedroom with single beds is accessed via bedroom with double bed.

Upstairs there is another living room with balcony and air conditioning.

Satellite TV and DVD player in upstairs living room and satellite TV with DVD player in lower living room.

Wireless Hi-Speed Internet

Linens, Pillows and comforts are provided. Tenants need to bring their own towels.

Patio, Picnic table and BBQ on site

Renters have use of 40' public access water front a 90 second walk from the cottage.

Public boat launch at end of road.

Damage/cleaning deposit of $250.00 is required. $50 cleaning fee.

Well mannered pets are welcomed. You MUST clean up after your pet and keep then under control at all times.
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to hold your reservation along with a guest information sheet and leasee agreement signed (using DocuSign).

Balance / Damage deposit/cleaning fee is due 30 days prior to the commencement of your stay.

For a 50% refund, cancellation must be made a minimum of seven full days prior to check in time.
